My husband’s tinnitus has gotten worse and we had been recommended by our provider to go to this office. I was so glad we did. Tinnitus is very tricky and different for everyone. Coming here made me and my husband feel relieved. Testing was great to figure out what treatment plan was needed. Dr Stewart was amazing and explained everything perfectly. He told us all the available options. It’s wonderful to have a place to specialize in this since tinnitus is something you can just get rid of with every day medication.

So knowledgeable, caring, and friendly! Tailored their approach to me specifically when needed and took the time to really explain. Great, meaningful integration of tech to maintain patient-first experience. I got to interact with Dr Ortiz and Chloe as my care team and with Joseph at the front desk. All were fantastic, welcoming, and Grade A. And FWIW, they seem to have a great office culture…people who enjoy working together and playing to each other’s strengths. Pretty sure I overheard a morning pep talk while waiting for an early morning appointment - really cool to see them taking care of patients AND each other, creating a positive energy loop back to patients.

After a not-so-great experience with another provider, I was guided to Capital by Lenire. I’ve had tinnitus for nearly fourteen years and was desperate to get help for it. When I got the Lenire, it was suggested I also try Oto. I stuck with just Lenire and while I had minimal success with it, it wasn’t as I’d hoped. At a checkup, Oto was mentioned again. Why did I wait! Within a short time I felt so much happier. The exercises and knowledge provided by Oto proved to make the difference. Capital Institute of Hearing and Balance has been a supportive and invaluable help to me in this journey. I highly recommend them!
