Capital Health Specialty Practices - Lower Makefield

I was referred to see a specialist at this practice. Called to make an appointment and spoke with the front office. The wait time is 6 months - a little excessive but I am willing to wait under the right circumstances. Asked a few questions about the circumstances: is it a normal wait time for the specialty in the area, does the urgent referral make any difference, what is the fastest ways to transfer records. All reasonable questions before you commit to a half year wait. The level of irritation on the other end of the line was steadily increasing and finally peaked in a snear on my last question. My suggestion is to avoid capital health if you can. Large corporation processes lead to 3 mistakes in just 2 visits.
