This review is specific to Dr. Canales. I had a future appointment with Dr. Zucker (5 days in the future) as a first time patient, which I made because I had an illness that required attention. The illness worsened prior to this appointment, so I called to see if anyone could see me sooner, and I was given an appointment for a few hours later that same day with Dr. Canales. As I was driving home from work to go to this appointment, the office called and canceled the appointment, citing that because I was not yet an established patient, it would “not be appropriate” to see me. I couldn’t believe it- I was sick and needed to see a doctor, and Dr. Canales essentially said I wasn’t worth her time. Rushed and Unhelpful Nurse Line Experience. The nurse line felt rushed and impersonal. The person who answered seemed eager to end the call and didn’t confirm my message to ensure it was accurate. While I was told it would be relayed to the doctor, the interaction left me feeling unheard and brushed off.

Dr. Marriott is a rock star! She cares about what you say as a patient and is kind and considerate. The wait to get a first time appointment with her is well worth the wait for how amazing the care she gives to each of her patients!

This review is specific to Dr. Canales who provided the worst experience I have ever had with a physician. She was the Dr. on call several months ago when my wife was suffering with COVID and I had to call the answering service three times (once every half hour) because she wouldn't call me back. The only way I was able to get her on the phone was by the answering service conferencing her in. So after an hour and a half she got on the phone and was immediately condescending in her tone. She asked no questions about my wife's symptoms, any prescriptions she was on or any other medication she'd taken. I had to tell her all of that to which she replied "well, I'm not sure what you want me to do at 1:40 in the morning." She made sure to remind me of the time a second time during our short conv

I see Dr Shaismy Kudakachira and both her and her nurse are very kind, personable, professional, and I feel I have great service from them both. I know there are various Dr's here and different people have different experiences with others, but my experience with my dr is top-notch.
