Capital Health Primary Care – Levittown

When I lived in NJ, I loved going to Capital Health. If I was sick they could get me in that same day and quickly diagnose the problem. When I moved over to PA, I wanted my medical records to easily transfer so I kept Capital Health but started seeing a different doctor. Recently, I messaged on my portal and wanted a telemedicine visit. I had a UTI, and as a woman, I’ve had tons. I knew what it was but one of the nurses called and insisted that I come in because they would want to do a urine culture. At this point I agreed and said fine because I had been living with this UTI since before 10/4, the visit was 10/20 or 10/21. Went into the appt they took my urine and sent it to the lab for testing. Never informed me of the price, even though the office is well aware that I don’t have insuran

This review is on Dr. Cohen. I have seen Dr. Cohen for 25 years, I followed him because I liked his bedside manner and he is a great doctor. Very thorough explained everything to you. He diagnosed me with MVP back in 2010, I now see a cardiologist for the condition. He has taken care of me and my family for all of these years as well. We are very upset about him retiring. He is the best Doctor by far and there will never be another like him. We miss him. For all the negative comments on him, I have to say you really did not know him well enough to judge him. Best Doctor I ever had and I am sure that all of his patients would agree with me. Good luck to Doctor Cohen you are sadly missed!

This office is the best I’ve ever dealt with. Everyone is super nice and very responsive. When I ask for a referral, refill, whatever it may be I never have to ask more than once and it gets done super fast and Dr Crable is very personable and has great bedside manner. I highly recommend this practice!!!!!

After reading several negative reviews of this office, my experience, unfortunately, aligns with them. Dr. Cohen's nurse, Joanne, was quite rude to me over the phone, which was disappointing. I’ve since switched to a different primary care office that treats patients with more respect. Additionally, Dr. Cohen initially supported prescribing me a particular medication, but once my insurance denied coverage, he abruptly changed his stance. In hindsight, it's probably for the best that Dr. Cohen has recently retired.

After many years of looking for the perfect physician, today I have finally found her!! Danielle Crable was/is phenomenal!! She took her time to evaluate my concerns and performed a thorough evaluation. I will definitely recommend her to my friends and family! Thank you so much Danielle, phenomenal doctors are very difficult to find these days! Thank you for your professionalism and above all for placing my health with such care and top priority!
