Dr. Bradley is the most thorough and thoughtful GP I have ever had (I am in my late 60s, so I have been thru many!). Everyone on his staff whom I have encountered during all of my visits over the past 2 yrs. was courteous, friendly, professional, and top-notch.

Over an hour waiting to get blood drawn. I stood at the window 5 minutes to ask the girl if they wanted the hard copy of my order since they can never find the digital order. It was very obvious she was unsure of what she was doing and avoided customer contact by ignoring them. When the shift changed - I didn't have to look because efficiency quintupled. The new desk person was extremely professional and polite. She literally handled over 5 times the volume in a five minute period than the previous person. Please don't put incompetent people in a job they don't fit!

Arrived at 6:45AM, they called my name at 8:45AM. This Lapcporp location is understaffed, and should be closed.

Dr Holloman at Capital Health Plan was rude and dismissive and disregarded my responses for the health survey and stated everyone had “situational stress” not everything is depression . She made me feel worse honestly. I don’t want to deal with Capital Health Plan anymore because of her.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received at the Centerville LabCorp location. My experience was not only frustrating but also raised serious concerns regarding patient privacy and professionalism. In April, I visited this location for lab work ordered by my physician. Unfortunately, the staff failed to complete all the requested blood tests during that initial visit, forcing me to return for a second draw that should have been unnecessary had the labs been handled correctly the first time. To make matters worse, by June, not all of my lab results had been forwarded to my physician.
