Capital Health Emergency Mental Health Services

Taken there unconscious. Diagnosed with pneumonia. I never had pneumonia .A few very good nurses. Many rough, rude staff at all levels. "Doctor" insisted on discharging me when I was still seriously ill, extended my stay only because I threatened immediate legal action. The whole Capital Health network is a scandal and embarrassment.

Went to visit a family member in the er and I can’t believe how bad this place was trash on floor used gloves at that unbelievable and I would never opt to go here myself. Appeared to be loaded with so many people that the ratio of patients to nurses was overwhelming on top of the fact I was told two different things when I questioned the nurse vrs Dr . And not to mention the halls were loaded with people on beds in hall. Definitely blew me away and didn’t expect to see that.

Went to the hospital on August 10 was discharged August 11th with bedbugs. Hospital is dirty and very nasty and drs aren’t any better stay away

Sucks ambulance ride and they leave u in a hall way and walk by u neved asking anything.
