UPDATE: The office called and rescheduled me and when I explained my concerns the admin team as very understanding and explained the rescheduling happens due to priority surgery scheduling but that she understands how frustrating that can be for a patient. She insisted it is not a reflection of the quality of care the doctors provide. I will adjust my rating from 1 to 4 stars due to this. This office has terrible communication and scheduling. They have cancelled multiple appointments on me and they do not reach out to reschedule. I have called the office to try to reschedule and no one has called back. How can I trust them to take care of me as a patient and for an upcoming surgery if I can’t even get in touch with anyone or get scheduled?
