Capital District Massage

I’ve had two great massages with Lena and I will continue to patronize this business. The massage tables are very plush, the oil is warmed, and Lena is on time, very polite, and an excellent masseuse. The price point allows me to visit more often than I would normally able to afford at some of the local spas. I found this location through a Google search and I was happy I tried it out. There is ample parking in the back of the business so you don’t have to worry about that either. Already looking forward to my next massage.

Lena is a very talented masseuse! Would highly recommend. Only thing I'd ever recommend is maybe have the option for a white noise maker as sometimes you can hear people coming and going, and talking in the foyer area while in the massage room. Will always come back, she is great!

My husband and I have had several 2 hour couples massages. Each time has been a pleasure. Lena and Kristina are a good mixture of techniques and depth of touch. Thank you so much lovely ladies!

This was kind of an odd experience. I have had massages before, and the approach here was different from what I expected. While the muscles I had the LMT work on do feel better now, the rest of my body is tense because this felt unpredictable. On one hand, the LMT was accommodating when I came in with a mask on; she asked if I wanted her to mask as well, and I said that would be great, so she did. She also focused specifically on the muscles I asked her to, at least most of the time. I also had the option to choose the music situation (no music, instrumental, music with lyrics). So that's all good. And again, she did appear to do the specific work I needed. What I didn't expect was the environment I was walking into.
