PA Andrew Larsen has been very helpful to me as I tackle skin and related allergies. I recommend him without reservation. His communication skills reflect both his personality and skillset. I trust him. Highest level professional.

The PA Andrew is AMAZING. He is so knowledgeable, kind, thorough and patient. His nurse is so great, too! Took off a point because front staff is not so friendly. Had an appointment yesterday and the receptionist just looked bothered to be there.

Very friendly and professional. I had to interact with 4 staff members. The PA Andrew. Super knowledgeable, took all the time needed and explained my up coming treatment in full detail. Couldn't ask for a better office staff! They even took me into the treatment room for my upcoming treatment and fully explained everything a head of time. They were great!

I firmly recommend not using Capital District Dermatology! My son went in for a skin check. We have previously used this office for him with no issues. However, this time we saw the Physician Assistant, Andrew. He explained that since my son was under 18, he would need to see his pediatrician for a skin check and refused to perform one himself. I informed him that we had used this office in the past for a skin check, but he completely disregarded my concerns. A skin check is a basic and essential part of dermatology care, and I was shocked that they wouldn’t provide it. If you're looking for thorough and professional care, I would not recommend this office. A complete waste of time and money.

Waited over a year for an appointment and it was a complete waste of time. The provider was rude and rushed and was very disparaging that her staff had told me to put on a gown when it wasn't necessary (like I should know to push back on them). She spent maybe 10 mins with me, was brisk and completly unsympathetic to the issue I was there to discuss and when I expressed frustration she became very confrentational and quite combative. It was one of the worst medical experience I've ever had in my life.
