Dr Meunch conducted my colonoscopy and was one of the most professional, thorough, and helpful doctors I’ve had. He spent a lot of time after my procedure patiently and thoroughly debriefing me on my results, explaining them, answering my questions, and making helpful, clear recommendations for follow-ups. Everyone else I encountered at the office was also professional, friendly, and helpful. If anyplace could make a colonoscopy actually kinda pleasant and satisfying, this is the place. ;o)

This place is awesome. Almost wish I had more problems! Had me seen faster than a jack rabbit in a forest fire. Doctor walked in like 10 seconds later before I could even finish signing my name on 2 sheets of paper! Staff’s eyes were really bright from being beacons of light in a dark world. 200/10 would actively see out Gasto problems to see what’s up.

Wow! My appointment with Dr Collier was such a refreshing experience. He listened to all my concerns and provided information and a treatment plan that doesn't just immediately jump to an expensive operation. I did have some difficulty finding the office, make sure to look at the website and not just at the address.

I was randomly sent to this practice by my PCP to follow up on some tests. From the check-in to the scheduling everyone here was wonderful. I was especially impressed by the professionalism and consultation manner of Amy Stewart. She answered every question, allayed all fears, and have plain-language explanations. I was very happy with the service I received by Capital Digestive Care.

I have been seeing Dr. Bowlen for many years. He is a great doctor and our office visits wether at Bethesda or DC have always gone great! I had my last procedure there in September 2024. I had emergency Coloctomy in October 2025 and post discharge scheduled an appointment. I need to be driven so I'm dependent on someone taking me. I had to cancel 24 prior because my driver couldn't take me and I was charged 50 dollars. When I called billing the lady was very nice however I wasn't even offered the courtesy of waving the fee because I'm dependent on someone taking me and my current condition. I will keep my next appointment but I made them aware I wasn't EVER paying the fee and I would let Dr. Bowlen know that he is losing my wife and me as a patient.
