Capital Care Pharmacy

What took Walgreens over a week and refusal to work with savings cards-this place got it ALL done in one afternoon. Whoever the front desk lady was I was working with worked so hard to get me my script as soon as possible. They’ll call to remind you before your script runs out to refill so you’ll have your meds ready when you run out AND offer delivery. Thank you Capital Care-you’ve got a new repeat customer. I’m transferring all my pharmacy care needs over to here immediately. Y’all ROCK!

Edited: I had to take a star away for not being honest with me and then insulting my intelligence when I transferred my meds back to my original pharmacy. That was not cool. Current Pharmacist verified the lie from here. I’ll never forget that since you tried to keep me with the one thing you said was on back order. 3X the charm, but lying will always make it worse. These are meds for gosh sakes….. I started using this pharmacy's recently and everyone is really nice. I’m without a car right now so the free delivery on all meds is a bonus. Even my ADHD meds. A little incident happened and they stepped up to the plate. They took full responsibility and made it right. You don’t see that often anymore these days. How are they getting my information. All my meds are through walgreens. I was never asked to change any meds to this company. Some hiw they are getting faster turn over for prescriptions and NOT GOING THROUGH THE PROPER CHANNELS. MY INSURANCE COMPANY know nothing about.. where are they getting there meds what country are the from and are they truly safe. Or very cheaply made medications. I find it odd that they can't answer any questions and why us patients are not being told that changes have been made WITHOUT OUR PERMISSION

I highly recommend capital care pharmacy to everyone great and helpful staff,fast Service and fast delivery. It was a Friday afternoon at 5:00pm when I called Capital care pharmacy knowing that they close at 6pm because I was very low on my meds and my inhaler knowing that I won’t make it through the weekend, they were able to help me out with my refills and even delivered my meds that evening . I have been a Capital Care Pharmacy customer. This is my local store. My parent is handicapped living alone and no longer drive because of visual problems. Their prescriptions delivered from the above pharmacy. All of the staff are friendly.
