The waiting period was not long at all. I was taken to the room after a few minutes. The nurse came to me and did the EKG. The doctor came after a few minutes and explained the result. I was out of there in less than 25 minutes. As always, Dr. Andrew and Nurse Maria were great during my visit. They make my visits easy.

First visit with Dr. Mugga, I found this provider to be attentive, good bedside manners like doctors of the past, I was impressed. I could tell he Had read the information I provided to the receptionist, he listened and we came up with a plan.

Points from a recent visit that may help someone make an informed visit about visiting this office. They do not respect your time. If I did not require testing I would delay and find another cardiologist. Dr. Maggu’s arrogance along with his condescending tone masked in high energy was anything but stress free. The front receptionist and one of the nurses have an upbeat energy but don’t listen or pay attention to the questions asked. The Providence hospital location is not very clean. They have old equipment from 1990 ex. the scale they use was probably the first digital scale made. Instead of using the light attached to the wall the Doctor used his Phone light (no sanitation) to conduct the exam. Roaches/water bugs in the screening rooms.

I received prompt courteous service as well as patience from my cardiologist while we explore my heart issues!
