I didn’t really want to post this because the staff is very polite and helpful. However, it seems like every time they can never get the billing correct. One time even sending me a 30 day late notice. After my visit to the office they realized they must resubmit and later discovered I didn’t owe anything. Again after this Septembers service they text me stating I owe 350.00 for cleaning and X-rays. My insurance stated I owe nothing. It was explained on the benefits summary that they were billing twice for the same services. Sorry Mr. Artley for this review however your billing department needs some re training or is this duplicate billing your practice.

I've never walked out of a place so fast. This review has nothing to do with the staff, I only met the receptionist, he was cool. Pictures included because I don't think I could explain this glob of gunk coming out of their sink. It takes TIME for something so nasty to grow from a small drip like that. Also, the slots where their tools go were grubby. It wouldn't take much to clean, it just isn't being done. I know everyone's standards are different, but this was a bit much. Every drip of that sink that glob would jiggle and it just made me sick 😫

Moved to Palm bay a year ago and wanted a dentist in Bayside lakes area and found this dental office with good reviews but didnt get to meet Dr Artley during our visit..office looked neat and clean with nice customer service..hope they keep up the good service.

I have been a patient for numerous years now, I am extremely happy. I had a crown prep yesterday, couldn't have been gone better! Dr. Artley also did implant for me a few years ago,went very well! All employees from both locations are extremely professional!

Capeside Dental, Dr. Artley... This office is amazing. They've been able to fit me in for emergencies on more than one occasion.. Dr. Artley looks at the best options for treatment and gives you a choice. Their in house payment plan option has also saved me! I just can't say enough about this office. The staff is also very friendly. Glad I was able to find such a great dentidt! Highly recommend Capeside Dental.
