Cape Pharmacy

Beebee buying out Cape Pharmacy is the worst thing that could have happened! Prescriptions take forever to get filled - turning into another Walgreens! You go to Urgent Care because you're sick - but they can't get it filled until the next day! They lose prescriptions: they fill prescriptions you didn't ask to be filled; and then they can't find new prescriptions from the doctor. So you sit around and wait. Careful too for what they charge you. If you have a manufacturer coupon card you have to tell them and present your copy. I think all the prices have gone up too. Seriously thinking about finding a new place. Such a shame!

It took over a week to get a basic antibiotic. Rude customer service. Pharmacy was indifferent to patient health. Never apologized for their customer service incompetence. It appears they have become corporate robots. I recommend trying other options.

They're now owned by Beebe and they just don't have the same home town feel. I'm having more trouble having my prescriptions filled. I had to go without for a couple days because they had to order. When I called in my refill two days prior.

Incredible care for the patient. Prescriptions are filled same day - without the patient even requesting. If something is not in stock or there is some other issue - they call you! Those are just my positive experiences this week - and it's only Friday morning. We are so lucky to have Cape Pharmacy here in Greater Lewes.

I’m disappointed that this pharmacy refused to fill my mom’s prescription due to an “incorrect birthdate”. Needless to say they never specified what birthdate was on their system to be able to resolve matters. Not sure how that helps anyone when she has a valid license to prove them wrong. Anyway, the CVS down the road took her no problem. My mom is hard of hearing so I’m not sure if there was miscommunication among her and the employee, but I would expect a pharmacy no less to treat every customer with respect.
