I honestly can’t say enough amazing things about Crystal at Cape. She has been a total game changer for my migraines and lower back nerve pain. She’s so patient, asks detailed questions to make sure she’s targeting the issue properly and always checks in to make sure that there is not too much discomfort during adjustments as working nerves and muscles and joints can be painful. I had been dealing with a horrible headache for a couple days now, and within half an hour after leaving today my headache is GONE. Plus the front desk people are so friendly and helpful Laurie and Riley I believe their names are, are normally there when I visit most often and they do an awesome job as well. If you are thinking about going to see a chiropractic, go see this office, they are fabulous!

I went to CIH for help with back pain. Early on, Dr. Kyle had some educated guesses on what my problems could be and had me start the process of rehab. I was a little skeptical at first as I've had some less than positive experiences with chiropractic services in the past, but this was much more medical and holistic in nature than a simple crack/adjustment. I'd say it was much more akin to a multi-pronged approach of physical therapy, chiropractic services, and other services such as cupping and acupuncture that did everything possible in order to give my body a chance to recover. Kyle clearly knows how to treat joint/disc/muscular pain and it felt like his plans were always a few steps ahead of whatever guidance the normal medical imaging/specialist routes recommended. Dishonest billing practices. Went for a simple acupuncture appointment, which was supposed to be a $15 copay with insurance. Over a month later, I had an automatic $60 charge to my card. When I spoke with the insurance company, they said it was due to a ‘physical therapy copay’ related to the warmed bed. I assumed it was just part of the experience, as this is common among acupuncture services. The total claim sent to my insurance was $400 for a 1-hour acupuncture appointment. When I asked how much it would cost to pay out of pocket for this service, the price was $125. This isn’t very ethical to consumers, who will inevitably end up paying more for the same service just for using insurance. Will not be back and highly do not recommend.

I have been going to Cape Integrative Health for less than a month, but I am just blown away at how wonderful this practice is so far. It is truly integrative. I see Genevieve for acupuncture and when I bring up issues with her she either does research or refers me to someone else in the practice who can help. I've already seen Jennifer Flynn for PRP treatment. And the two of them work together to make my treatment a success. Like they actually focus on how the 2 efforts can positively impact the success of my treatment. Most medical practices are just there to get you in and out within 15 minutes and bill your insurance company. CIH also takes insurance so the other practices can't use that as an excuse. It was my first time, and everyone was welcoming. Check in was easy and friendly. I got fantastic care, and my provider truly listened. She helped me connect with the chiropractor, who helped with an earache I’ve had for months. I left with a care plan, and got a follow up on my next steps the same day. It was a great overall experience, and insurance coverage was a breeze. Thanks Jenn and Crystal, and the front desk team!
