This was my first visit. The staff was pleasant & efficient. Catina was thorough, explained everything, & took great care of me!

Horrendous. Office staff is rude, aggressive. The receptionists had me in tears as I left the office, never making eye contact as they hurled insults in my direction. All I did was ask why they would not accept an electronic insurance card or a photo, as I had misplaced my hard copy. Worst patient treatment by office staff I have ever experienced. No communication. The office manager did not help. Oh, and then there were the blood stained gowns. Honestly, no words to describe the patient treatment by the office staff. Do whatever you can to find an alternative dermatology office.

Just have to spread the news, if you need the finest most caring Dr’s and incredible staff then you have to go to Cape Henlopen Dermatology. You will be greeted welcomely by either Shae or Windi (yes with an I) and you will feel the love and concern that you’d want when you are experiencing any condition that hampers your everyday life. They are so incredibly professional and attentive to everything, scheduling, treatment and to top all that off the wait times are pretty fast. You feel good from the moment you enter the office to the moment you leave. Shae and Windi greet you like family and all the doctors are there for each other and focus their amazing backgrounds on each patient so you feel like there is a full staff focused on your needs. Thank each and every one of your great team.

Have used a Dermatologist for several decades. Moved here 2 months ago and knew I was due this month. I go Quarterly, so guess I need help. Called to make appointment and was told I could come in next day. Great! Steve Pastoia burnt me several places on my face and five big (long time spraying and twice each) places. Three on my legs, one shoulder and on my chest. Of those five, three got infected. So, after being told to come back in six months, was in the office, eight days later. He wrote a script for a salve with an antibiotic. So now another twenty minute drive to a pharmacy. Never had this happen before, but he didn’t offer an apology for my inconvenience, so maybe that rough treatment is how he rolls. Me, he’s fired, has to be better there. I’ll try someone else.

I have been going here for some time but they seem to have changed the staff. They canceled my appointment and when I arrived from a 45 minute drive they were certainy not empathetic, did not apoogize and were downright rude and offensive. NOT RECOMMENDED!
