Kusum Garg is an outstanding primary care provider, and I cannot say enough about the level of care she provides. She cares for both my mother, who has Alzheimer’s, and my husband, and she treats each of them with patience, compassion, and genuine concern. Ms. Garg takes the time to listen, explains medical issues clearly, and never makes you feel rushed. When caring for my mother, she is especially attentive and understanding of the complexities that come with Alzheimer’s, ensuring her medical needs are addressed with dignity and respect. As a caregiver, that level of compassion and professionalism means everything. It is rare to find a provider who combines strong medical knowledge with true empathy, but Ms. Garg does exactly that. I am extremely grateful to have her as our primary car

Dr Kusum Garg is an outstanding doctor. I have known her for many years. She has provided me and my other family members with excellent medical care. She takes the time to make sure we get the best possible outcome as if we were her own family. She listens and gives us her best medical advice so everything can go smoothly. I am fortunate to have such a supportive and caring doctor.

Giving 3 stars because of Amanda. The only person that I saw her being nice to was a doctor that addressed her. Her attitude was not fitting to be the first person one encounters. No greeting no eye contact no kindness. The pin she wears didn't make her appear any kinder, it says I match energies so you determine how we're gonna act. 🙄 I wanted to leave because certainly this isn't the right place I thought. I'm glad I didn't because I had a great experience with everyone else especially Dr. Figueroa. He is exceptional! He addressed all of my concerns honestly and thoroughly with compassion whether I liked it or not. I like that! 😊

I have been going to Cape Fear Valley Primary Care for two years now. Dr. Kusum Garg is very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and caring. She explains in detail any medical issues that you may have. The receptionist, assistant’s and phlebotomist are also very friendly and Professional.

Going to the doctor for a visit is not always a happy occasion, but everyone at this clinic is friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable! I never wait long to be seen and Abigail Needell is a very thorough and well informed medical professional. Trusting your health care team is essential, and the team at the John Smith clinic has my trust.
