I had a great visit with Erica at Cape Fear Arthritis Care. She was incredibly kind and attentive, really listened to me, and took the time to explain what’s going on with my condition in a way that made sense. She was very gentle and never made me feel rushed. She discussed a treatment option with me and encouraged me to go home and research it, while also explaining that there are many options available and that this one may be the best fit for my life situation right now. I really appreciated that she wasn’t pushy and made sure I felt comfortable and informed moving forward. I've been a patient for 6 months. I first saw Kirsten PA-she spent about 1 hour with me and was able to diagnose me & start treatment. I've also seen Dr. Snow-he too spent 1 hour with me. They are extremely thorough and actually listen to you. I have seen several doctors in the area, none compare to Cape Fear.

I have been at Cape Fear Arthritis since June of 2018! My care here has been excellent and all of the staff & PA’s, and Dr.Snow have been wonderful!!! When I first started I was in constant pain and my inflammation markers were off the charts!!! I was overweight & could not even walk. I have Psoriatic Arthritis. Fast forward to today I am 15 pounds lighter and am walking my Huskies 3 miles a day!! All thanks to Dr. Snow & his staff and excellent care.

This guy is actually amazing and cares about his patients. Knows how to treat patients like people.

Dr Snow is the most caring doctor around. He’s patient and understanding. Staff is always friendly and helpful.
