Cape Cod Healthcare Urgent Care – The Pinehills | Plymouth

Everyone’s experience is individual. I’m not going to whine and complain about something I cannot change. I personally did not find the Pine Hills urgent care helpful or knowledgeable, The exam was so quick, doctor left, never came back , The nurse was clueless. Gave me wrong information. They talk AT you not TO you. Other than Julie, I did not find the staff to be Positively engaging. I left there with more questions that I went in with. I certainly don’t feel any better. Nurse (not Julie) Gave me conflicting information regarding the prescribed medication opposite of what the pharmacist said . I called back to get clarification. Was told I would be getting a return call… Never got a call back.. Who am I supposed to ask? If the nurse is saying one thing and the pharmacist is saying anot

Great care and support from the entire staff. If you need this kind of visit, don’t hesitate!

Amazing service and kind doctors and nurses so easy to get to if you live in pine hills or work in pine hills so convenient
