I saw Dr. Ralph Delorie on December 9. He stepped-in talking fast, towering over me instead of sitting down next to me at ease as normally expected from doctors to sit down with patients to not only foster better rapport but to make a patient feel the doctor is less rushed. This made me uncomfortable from the beginning. I realized his behavior could stem from simple unawareness of social norms and invited him to sit, which he did. However, he continued demonstrating he is in a big hurry during the conversation about my symptoms that could relate to either eye retina damage or a stroke in the worst case. They Could not remove a splinter. Suggested I go to a plastic surgeon! Ridiculous.. only saw a nurse never a doctor. Fortunately I was able to get it out at home in an unsanitary setting. My honest opinion is you get better care from WebMD or even some random person off the street would be more helpful. But I'm sure I got charged$500 for literally 15 second visit. Never again

Literally the best experience I have ever had at an urgent care or hospital facility. The staff was caring and attentive. I arrived with multiple dislocations in my finger and they made the experience as pleasant as it possibly could have been on what is generally a very stressful weekend for urgent care. I am very grateful to the physicians and staff.
