Always amazing service. We had to put our 16 yr old dog to sleep recently and again it was impeccable service, kind and the addition of Dr Marble is wonderful. From Dr Marble , Dr Higgins to all the staff, they show care, compassion and kindness from a simple vet appointment to an end of life visit. We appreciate all that you Cape Charles animal hospital does for all our pets.

Cape Charles animal hospital is where I’ve been taking my pets since moving to Cape Charles in 2021. We’ve had such positive experiences there each time. The whole staff is very caring and compassionate, and they always answer any questions or concerns we have. None of my animals are big fans of the vet (not that pets usually like the vet)- but that’s worth mentioning because they do everything here to make my anxious dogs / cats as comfortable as possible. Very recently we had a huge scare with one of my cats, and she needed emergency surgery. As you would imagine this was a very stressful and scary time, but the staff here were there for me every step of the way. They admitted her into surgery immediately and saved her life. Dr Marble and Dr Higgins are very good vets, are caring and go out of their way to make sure you understand any issues going on with your fur babies. All the staff are great as well. So glad we have a vet in our county now, we've been going since they opened, and it is very convenient.

We are grateful for the compassion and support we received from Dr. Higgins and staff during a tough decision. Dr. Higgins was so patient and caring and gave us comfort. I cannot thank you enough for being there for us.
