Cape Bodhi Works

Today I had a scalp with Ashley whereby she first gently put rosemary oil in my (dry menopausal!) hair, and then she used a specialized comb to brush my scalp and I was in heaven. !!!! I really felt like someone was caring for me and nurturing me. …….and…. I didn’t realize that she also gives a facial mask/a facial while she does the scalp/hair. Then she rubbed some sort of natural oil on my face…so soothing. I was so entranced the whole time. !!! It was wonderful. I highly recommend her. I’m going back of course! I should have booked one hour instead of a half hour——- because I wanted to stay there for so much longer… so next time, I will do the one hour scalp massage…and let Ashley do what she wants to do… Because she is highly creative, intuitive, and nurturing. This was my first time at Cape Bodhi Works. I have had many massages over the years and this was by far the best. Lily was very professional and attentive to the areas that we discussed prior to the massage. Lily‘s studio is very clean and filled with relaxing aromas. This massage was so good that I already booked my next one before I had left. I would highly recommend Cape Bodhi Works.

I had the pleasure of enjoying a 90-minute massage with Lily at Cape Bodyworks, and it was absolutely wonderful. The space is warm, inviting, and so Zen. Lily uses all natural products, and when I accidentally booked the wrong time and day, she was incredibly kind and accommodating in helping me adjust. The massage itself was not only relaxing but also deeply therapeutic. I was recovering from a triathlon and am currently pregnant, and she seamlessly tailored everything to meet my needs. Highly recommend!

Absolutely Amazing Experience! My husband and I came here for our anniversary, and it was incredible from start to finish. I had a massage with Lily. She was amazing, so welcoming, and you can tell this is truly her calling. I left feeling lighter, relaxed, and completely refreshed. My husband had Ashley, and he said it was one of the best massages he’s ever had. She was very knowledgeable, attentive, and made sure he was comfortable the entire time. We visit the Cape a few times a year, and from now on, this will be a must-stop for us every time. Highly recommend!

Ashley Dupuis is amazing.. one of the best massages that I have ever had. Relaxing clean atmosphere. Left feeling relaxed after 60 min Swedish massage. I will definitely be back!
