Cape Atlantic Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery ,,cape may cort house

I recently had a tooth extraction at this office and developed painful ulcers in my mouth afterward. I called this morning to report this and ask for guidance. The front desk staff told me the ulcers were “probably from stress ” and not related to the procedure, despite the timing. When I asked about treatment or antibiotics, I was told the doctor would have to see me in person and that I’d need to drive an hour to their Cape May Courthouse location. No alternatives or reassurance were offered while I was in pain. I was also surprised by their payment structure. Patients are required to pay large amounts out of pocket ($500–$1,000) and then handle insurance reimbursement themselves. I was told they could submit to insurance for the initial visit or I could pay cash for a lower price, which

1st I want to say, the surgery Dr loggi performed was flawless, he was great with our daughter. HOWEVER, They performed a 3D as an extra precaution that was not necessary without informing us that most insurance benefits do not cover (per the office manager). I asked her why we were not informed on the day of the scan nor the day of the surgery that we would be responsible for the $500 scan? Basically stated any additional financial issues are basically/vaguely agreed upon with financial paperwork but collected a payment on date of surgery with no further discussion or consumer information about the 3D scan they performed without informed consent. I was sent 2 letters, with no explanation of this additional charge, I called the office 2x for clarity and on the 2nd call spoke to one employe

Got my two bottom wisdom teeth removed here, had an amazing experience. I have a fear of needles and cried when I went under with an IV, yet the doctors were very kind and patient with me. Felt no pain at all after the procedure. Thank you so much to everyone there. Keep up the great work! 💙

Dr. Loggi was AMAZING! He was very helpful, kind, and had a good sense of humor, especially since my boyfriend was nervous about getting his wisdom teeth removed. He was just very personable, the nurses were also super kind and helpful, they definitely made it an easy process. and we were able to get in and out for the appointments. Overall great experience. Can’t say anything bad

I was very happy with Dr. Rochford and the staff! Made me feel very comfortable. Did a wonderful job. I can’t say enough good things about Dr.Rochford and staff!! Especially after I had a wisdom tooth removed!
