Canyon Springs Post Acute

My family and I are grateful to the team and staff at Canyon Springs for their tremendous service and care of my father, which consequently was a great support for our family. My father was hospitalized in June for fractured rib injury from car accident and once again in August for debilitating pain from uncontrolled diabetes. Both hospitalizations required my father to be transferred to skilled nursing inpatient care. We chose Canyon Springs because I received a call from Rolly Hernon when SNF requests were submitted by the hospital case manager. Since I did not know Canyon Springs or the other SNFs, it was very helpful that Rolly reached out directly to me. My mom stayed at Canyon Springs recently for about two months. The staffs there were very nice. They helped and very patience with my mom. Especially Đạt, Gloria, Grace and CNA. Thank you all so much🙏👏

My grandma fell and stayed at Canyon Springs post acute facility for her recovery. I really appreciated rehab team and staffs to take care of my grandma during her stay. I must say, the experience was great. The therapists were highly skilled and attentive to specific needs. Staffs at Canyon Springs can speak Vietnamese, Chinese, Tagalog, and Spanish. The facility itself was well-equipped and the staff was always friendly and supportive. My grandma felt cared for and encouraged throughout her entire therapy journey. I highly recommend for anyone seeking for quality care for their loved ones.

Canyon Springs will always be close to my heart and our family because they helped my mother heal and be well again. My mother had sepsis due to an infection that was almost fatal. She needs rehabilitation after in order for her to get better so she can go back to her normal life. The staff was attentive, caring and good in what they do. My mother got well and still active and happy at 90 years old.

My grandmother was recently admitted here, transferred from another place that was able to meet her needs as well as providing her with the proper care. I feel like this place did an excellent job with making sure she was taken care off. Staff were very friendly, checking up on her frequently. We are very grateful for Nurse Sai for going above and beyond making sure my grandmother was comfortable.
