Canyon Creek Adult Family Home

Our family is so grateful for Darren and everyone at Canyon Creek. The home is beautiful, clean and well maintained. I love seeing the Calla Lillie's in full bloom. I am so grateful for Darren and staff at Canyon Creek AFA for greatly enriching Dustin's Life. They provided amazing care for Dustin's very complicated medical challenges! Dustin loved craft time the best. If you need a nurturing home for your loved one to be cared for I highly encourage you to explore them. You will not be disappointed. After several months of extreme ups and downs from other facilities we finally found a place in which my husband felt he could call his new home knowing his care was far to much for me to do at our home. He was a trache/vent patient with complications. When we were finally informed about Canyon Creek Family Home being an option my husband and I were coming to terms with him having only short-time left. Darren agreed to take him as a patient. My husband loved his room and the staff. He could see the trees and animals and had home cooked food even though it was liquified and the staff never rushed him. As I lived and worked 3 hours away Darren and his staff always called if anything changed, went to appointments with him, and let me know if any medical care was changed. The last ambul

My mother was a resident for nearly 7 years and we were very happy with the loving care that Darren and his staff provided. Darren is a very caring individual and was able to handle any of the medical emergencies that my mother had. It’s a much nicer place to be then a rehab facility, with a lot of personal attention!

Our Family was very blessed to find Canyon Creek AFH. Very peaceful anf Beautiful country home. The owner & staff were so wonderful to our son's needs. They cared for our son until he passed away this year. They were always so Gentle and kind to all of our son's needs.

I would like Everyone to understand how much I love this place, the owner and the nurse. My father had ALS and lived there just under two years. The place took excellent care of my pops,absolutely clean establishment,kind and caring people. And I can’t say enough about the owner Darren. I honestly didnt see one flaw the whole time we were there and I came and went day and night. If you are looking for a safe and caring and clean place for your loved ones this is the place if I could I would give it 10 stars,thank you guys for loving and taking care of my pops
