Canton Urgent Care

Awful experience. We went there, got checked by NP (I’d prefer a doctor over nurse, but I was in no state to argue). She prescribed a drug that was out of stock in every CVS store. I called the next day to ask to get something similar that is available. The office assistant said that this nurse didn’t work that day and we had to wait for her to return to work. Until this day, they didn’t come back to us. Shameful for the money they charge and don’t help people. I’d avoid this urgent care. Better go to the Stoughton one.

Worst care. The np I saw was not helpful in any way. She used the keyboard and then touched my face. Had no idea why I had the pain I had. She left the room to text her boss and returned to say the boss had no clue. This was my second bad experience. Only went back to give a second chance. Stay away from this place.

The people in the office were extremely nice, from the receptionist to the nurse and the Dr, they were all very nice and polite. Were truly worried about my health, I would definitely recommend this place and these people for your needs

Fast, friendly, professional. Maddie, our nurse, had more knowledge about my dad's Medications than some of his regular doctors. Grateful for the great service and when we have an urgent problem we will come here for sure!

Really, truly bad experience. Two practitioners with no masks were coughing into their hands and touching me. I can get over that but gross. Further, I presented with a sinus infection that I get every year. It's a very simple fix. Typically I receive an antibiotic and a steroid to help my through the suffering. I was told that my sinus infection was "probably" viral so no antibiotic. I asked for a steroid to help me feel better in the interim... I was told by my NPT that she "doesn't do steroids." So I asked if I should just suck it up. She said "yes." I can't make this up. I started laughing and walked out. Avoid at all costs.
