Aleta, the treatment coordinator, was incredibly kind and thorough from the very beginning. When we found out our insurance didn’t cover the treatment, she immediately put our minds at ease and came up with a plan B. Honestly, our decision to move forward with this office was largely based on how we were treated by her. Aleta made such a positive impression on us, and that alone helped determine our decision. We’re excited to be with this office and are very grateful for the care and attention she gave us.
