I’ve been going to Canton Dental Group for about a year. Starting with a new dentist can be anxiety-provoking, but my experience here has been very positive. I’ve been pleasantly surprised by how attentive, professional, and kind the entire staff has been. My concerns are always addressed, and my dental needs are consistently met. I’m very satisfied with the care I’ve received and would recommend them without hesitation.

Very poor customer service. During my first visit, they changed my appointment time without checking with me first and told me that they needed to schedule the xrays and cleaning on different days. I had to call them to say the time they randomly picked for me vs the time we discussed did not work. Followed by , six months later going in for a regular cleaning, I go into my appointment and they tell me my appointment was canceled and did not call or text to alert me of this. Front desk staff just said “ohh you should have gotten a call”. I would not recommend this dental place to anyone they have no regard or respect for their patients time.

I like most people cringe at the thought of even going to get a cleaning and I needed extensive work done. This dental practice is honestly the most professional you will find in the greater Boston area. The patients they had with me and the quality of work second to none. Thank you Canton Dental!!

The doctor and his team demonstrated exceptional professionalism in diagnosing and treating my case with precision and care. They listened attentively, explained the plan clearly, and carried out a meticulous treatment that saved me valuable time. Within just a week, I will have my new crowns in place and can smile with confidence as I did. I highly recommend Canton Dental Group for their expertise and outstanding patient care.

Very positive experience so far. Wait time was short. Staff is very welcoming & friendly. Dr Tetyana Shreyer is top tier, she was gentle, pleasant, efficient, knowledgeable & did superb work. I'd recommend.
