Cano Health - Pompano Beach

Horrible customer service. I also felt like another patient described in another negative review. The new doctor here does not care and I felt like i needed to speed up on asking questions, because he did not ask anything and was already trying to leave the room. He reached the door in 2 min of being there with me. I had a list of questions, but since he seemed so rushed, I forgot why I was there in the first place. Will change doctors as soon as possible.

It's sad Dr. Perez is gone, because with the new doctor there Cano Health this place is going to be horrible, the new doctor doesn't care what is wrong with you as long as he can push you out the door, and you can't ask him any questions or tell him what's wrong with you, because he is only going to listen to one thing and one thing only. I used to love this place when Dr. Perez was here, and now I'm trying to find out where Dr. Perez is at now. I will never go back to Cano Health as long as the new Doctor is there, and I strongly recommend anybody go somewhere else

If i would be able to do no stars I would. I am a patient for Cano Health and I requested a virtual appointment and their answering service made it with Dr. Armando Perez and after waiting on the televideo for 1 hour and 15 mins. His assistant calls me to tell me that he is not my doctor so he will not see me to go to an urgent care or emergency room. Where is his oath!!!!?????

This place has no shame. First a doctor sees me without a problem and sends me to get blood work done, and when I go there they say they don't take my insurance. So for certain things they take your insurance and for others they don't? This is beyond unprofessional, I had to go while I was fasting and they just wasted my whole entire morning. I called their main office right away and they hung up my call. When attempting to speak to the manager about the matter, they wouldn't even give me her name. This place is run by people who don't know what they are doing, so I would strongly advise anyone to go elsewhere unless you want your time to be wasted. It's impossible to trust anyone here to do their job right.

Reviews of doctors and staff run the gamete and most are knee jerk reactions and bad. I have been a patient at the Pompano Office with Dr. Perez for almost 2 years. I'm not just a number on a chart. Anytime I have to see him, I get a thorough exam, we discuss any medical issues and possible solutions, and he is always concerned to make sure I feel good and stay in good health. As a 60+ and cancer survivor, its very hard to find a doctor who actually cares, bcz they all do to some extent, except they are all overworked and have too many patients. Dr. Perez finds a way to be thorough while seeing many patients. The in-house drawing of blood for lab work makes it even more comfortable and convenient. I would recommend Dr. Perez to anyone new to Pompano Beach, or looking to change doctors.
