Cano Health - Coral Springs

This place is HORRIBLE! I DO NOT RECOMMEND going here. I made an appointment, called two days prior to confirm and let them know I have new insurance. The lady who barely spoke English assured me they had my info. Idk how cause I didn’t give it to them. So I showed up at 8:35 for my 9:00. At 9:45 no body called me or acknowledge me. So I asked how much longer. The front lady looked confused cause she realize they over looked me. They then called me in right away. Did my intake then another lady from the front comes to the room and ask for my insurance. I said “ you’re just asking for this and I’m already in the room.” Her response was AND SO WHATS THE PROBLEM. I say In the room for another 30 minutes then finally walked out. She’s JUST NOW on the phone trying to verify my insurance! 2 hour

Waiting time is horrible and when you got called to go inside the room we have to wait for another hour and a half for the doctor to see us. This place is not even close to what it used to be last year, they had better doctors (Sebastianos, Caballero and Lorena). Now, everyone is new there, the 2 front desk ladies trying to do their best since they look like they are still in training, the manager you can hear her complaining for everything she doesn’t care if there are patients listening to her screaming to the young ladies at the front desk just because they had a question. So rude and disrespectful to the employees, I’m glad she is not my boss I would have reported to HR

I had a great experience at this location. I was prepared for the worst with all the other reviews but not everyone's experience is the same. I got right in no wait and was seen by Lorena Revoredo who was not only very knowledgeable but took her time going over all the issues I was there for without once acting impatient with me. She was very sweet and kind. I needed a referral in a short period of time and the referral department got that done for me right away and was super professional and efficient. Will definitely be back to them.

I must say how impressed I am with this office. The staff was all friendly and very helpful. Dr. Sebastiano is truly awesome. He was very informative and took his time to listen to my concerns. He is absolutely the best PCP I have ever met and will continue to see from here in out.

"SAVE YOURSELF A LOT OF TROUBLE" I went there in June weak and bound to a wheelchair in serious need of help. I never got it. I sat month after month waiting for home care and help. I still don't have it. Another month is gone and I am even weaker now and CanoHealth will not do anything about it and I have called them constantly. Amparo (office manager) won't help me and Regional manager: Scott Musser refuses my calls and messages. Almost forgot if you don't speak Spanish you won't get any help, save yourself a lot of trouble. 0 STARS
