Cannon Pharmacy (Salisbury)

I have been using Cannon for several years. I have never had an issue with them at all. They are quick to get my meds filled. They are all nice and polite. I have never had an issue with them I recommend them to everyone.

100% Hands down "THE" #1 Pharmacy. I have been using Cannon Pharmacy for several years now. I started using them based solely upon liking their name, after all, it was Cannon Mills that really helped develop our city. What have I gotten since becoming a customer. 1. One on one consultation with all my meds. 2. Help with understanding how my insurance works in regards to paying for my meds. 3. Help with syncing ALL 25 of the different meds I have filled monthly at this pharmacy so that I don't have to make multiple trips. 4. A pharmacy that will bring my medicine to me free of charge when I'm to sick to leave the house. 5. An ALL STAR TEAM of PHARMACIST. (I really liked the original pharmacist that opened the store. However, they did go through a brief transition during the years

I coped with their incompetence for 18 months, and couldn't take it any longer so I switched pharmacies. My list of complaints (AKA experiences) is far to long to list here. Even their delivery service is inept. Don't fall for the 4.7 review average

I love the fact that they know who I am, are very customer service oriented, quite confident and don’t let anything fall through the cracks. It is such a pleasure to work with them rather than CVS or Walgreens.

The staff is superb!!!!! They are the nicest people I’ve ever known to work in a pharmacy. My favorite was Adam, however he left recently and Matt is in his place. I’m not fond of change yet Matt is a great substitute for Adam because he shares the same customer satisfaction ideals. I have also used another Cannon Pharmacy and Meredith is such a pleasure to chat with. Whenever I need refills for her department she calls to check on what I need for that month then she makes sure I receive it. If you haven’t used Cannon Pharmacy in any location I’d advice you to give them a try and watch what I’ve said be a true statement for you as well. GO CANNON PHARMACY!!!!!!! Side Note: Cannon Pharmacy was referred to me by one of my nurses named Ginger so I switched pharmacies based on her opinion alo
