Took my baby to be groomed there a few months ago. The groomer cut her eye and it was swollen shut and matted closed for several days. They now won't groom my pet because of that. They have yet to take any responsibility!!

Carmen the vet is excellent. I have been taking my animals to her for years. She is gentle with them and gives sound advice in person or on the phone. She keeps her prices down and doesn't charge a office fee. The older she gets she has stopped doing big dogs such as nurturing.

Carmen and the staff are awesome and I love that she's so personal with my fur babies . And yes she's got the best prices and keeps from draining your check book. But most of all. The one on one office visits are the best ever.

The veterinarian Carmen is so gentle with the animals. Her prices are great and she’s very down to earth and honest. She doesn’t want to run an $80 blood panel just to vaccinate a dog or cat. She’s my go to for medicines and flea products because their prices are better than any vet in bartlesville or Dewey.
