Severely understaffed. No continuity as far as personnel on the halls which is very distressing to patients with dementia. Lack of adequate supplies, patients shorted as to the amount of briefs and wipes that they receive. Shower chairs and other equipment in need of repair not replaced. Food tasteless and repetitive
