Candler Prescription Center at Candler Hospital

I have been a customer at this Pharmacy since 2022 I believe. I started using this Pharmacy because it was the only Pharmacy that could provide the medications that I needed as other pharmacies were running out. I cannot count the times that I have called the pharmacy and told that my medications were ready for pickup only to arrive from my all the way across town to find that they weren't ready I have to sit and wait until they got filled. It seems like every month there is a prior authorization or some type of issue with insurance. It has gotten to the point that my doctor makes jokes about it. The medications that I take cannot be stopped abruptly as it causes medical issues. I was at my doctor's office today and they transmitted the prescriptions and I got a message saying that my pres

I have a large selection flooring which you would expect from a store named flooring decor. It is a typical big box wholesaler. There are people around who can help they’re not overly aggressive.

I am old fashioned, I prefer to deal with a human not an automated/AI system. Pharmacist Crystal, is the most caring & helpful pharmacist I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I have a long list of medications. She takes the time every month to make sure my prescriptions are filled correctly and I know exactly what I am taking and any side effects. If there is a problem when she is filling my prescriptions she will call me. Her personality is unheard of in today's time frame. (Genuinely caring ) Most pharmacies don't even speak to you unless you ask, even then most treat you like a drug seeker and you are bothering them. Crystal is nothing like this. Even if she is super busy she finds a second to say hello, even while she's a on the phone helping another customer. Her personal

The pharmacists are friendly, and hard working. Professionalism is Top Notch. However, There are a couple of things I do not like 1. Not enough parking as it's connected to a major hospital . 2. No 24 Hour service in case there are pharmacy needs immediately Other than that I am happy with it

I came to the pharmacy to get a prescription for a relative. There was an insurance issue. Ms Benitra took about 30 minutes to figure it out. She was able to fix it. She didn’t know I got her name off her badge. Thank you for your patience Ms Benitra. She was nice and very helpful!!!! Excellent customer service!
