Campus Pharmacy

It’s hard dealing with pharmacists who show micro-aggression over backordered items. I’m doing my part; I’m calling, following up, and asking for updates. What I don’t understand is why they can’t simply place the order. If it comes in, great. If it doesn’t, place the order again on Thursday. This isn’t complicated; it’s basic supply management. Delays don’t come from the system; they come from hesitation and overthinking something that should already be routine.

The pharmacist raised the price for the LDN from $90 to $150 per 90 capsules. 66% increase . Price gouging !! They said if you want pay $90 the excipient would be lactose which is harmful for me and some people . For Microcrystalline cellulose excipient the price is increased by an outrageous 66.6% . The pharmacist was unpleasant delivering this price gouging news. Other compounding pharmacy offered me a great price while using a better excipient ( Microcrystalline cellulose ) I will never go to this pharmacy ever again .

I was looking to make a pharmacy change I had called before my doctor phoned in medicine and they insured me that it was in stock. Then proceeded to have me wait 40 minutes before stating the medication was back ordered? Not only that the women pharmacist was extremely rude she claimed she also would not order my other medication.

Pharmacists and staff have been very kind and helpful. They've been very responsive and have been able to fill my prescriptions and communicate with prescribing physicians in a timely manner. They've been very accommodating even on short notice with refills.
