I was a regular for skin allergies until I went to get a medical exemption for the shot for work. I was told that the doctor couldn't see me unless I paid the co-pay. I didn't see why but since he had seen me before I went ahead and paid $75 while everyone else was paying $5 because they didn't have insurance. I was taken in and they told me that they had to take my temperature and blood pressure before speaking to the doctor I told them I was feeling okay and just needed to speak to the doctor but they proceeded to do the check up. The doctor came in and I asked him if he would review my personal case so I can receive an exemption from the jab at work. Great doctor a nice and nurse’s assistant. But watch out for front desk lady that even after I told Her I do not pay copay made me pay $25. She lacks empathy for the job. Speaks extremely fast like trying to get rid of you and does not even give eye contact. I decided to call my insurance while I was there and send an email to share with them. I had to end up telling the Dr as she kept Cutting me off rudely every time I tried to have the insurance rep speak with her. Finally the Dr made her refund me after I forwarded the email from my insurance proving I did NOT have copay. PLEASE BE MINDFUL OF YOUR BENEFITS AND IF YOU HAVE DOUBTS CALL YOUR INSURANCE AS THIS HAPPENS MORE THAN IT SHOULD. I usually don’t have to wait much to get seen by the doctor. Dr. Geeta is very compassionate. She listens and explains everything without rushing. The ladies in the front desk are very polite. Thank you!

They are fast the ladies at the front desk are nice respectable. The place is clean. The doctors see you explain everything to you and you out . I recommend this place to anyone.

Don’t really like coming here. It’s the closest urgent care but every time I come here all I do is talk to the doctor/ nurse for a few minutes and they tell me to go to Baptist hospital where my day is basically over after that. No temperature check or medical test. Just a chat and a referral tat Baptist doesn’t take serious. They are not rude or unprofessional but honestly it’s a waste of my time and money just to be told to go somewhere else every time. Been there 3 times and each time told to go to Baptist.
