Camino Dental Group

My experience here was honestly good, BUT they keep trying to charge me close to $900. This is for a billing error on their end that I resolved with delta dental. I brought them the delta dental explanation of benefits and check like they asked, they removed the charge, and now I just got notified that the charge is live again. I’ll change this review if they resolve it once and for all. EDIT: I tried calling them 3x now. Each time I have called I get their AI agent who asks a series of questions over the space of 2-3 minutes and then hangs up on me. I messaged through the online portal as well. I see no way of resolving this as I am in a different country. I am getting scammy vibes from this company currently. Avoid at all costs. Will edit if I ever get ahold of them.

I had a wonderful experience at Camino Dental Group with Dr. Park, hygienist Elisa, and front office staff Salina and Karina. Everyone was friendly, professional, and proficient from start to finish. I came in for a cleaning and some deep cleaning in problem areas, along with an enameloplasty to contour a chipped tooth. Dr. Park did an amazing job — my teeth look great! Elisa was gentle yet thorough, and the front office team clearly explained all the procedures and billing details. Highly recommend Camino Dental Group for anyone looking for skilled, caring dental professionals.

I went in for a simple filling or crown and came out with a jaw infection . The lower left side of my mouth the crown was drilled and pushed and pulled in such a rough way that it felt like I was being physically abused . While he was drilling roughly he cracked a good tooth my upper tooth with the mirror . The tooth he cracked was then drilled and polished down. Then quickly without an explanation he moved to the other room for the next patient . I was left there traumatized.

After having a horrible experience in Vista. I decided to try Camino Dental Group which was down the street from my office. I cannot emphasize enough how this was a blessing in disguise. The staff is super friendly and the doctors are sociable. I am especially grateful for Selina and her kindness. She helped me book an appointment immediately when I was feeling pain and her personality is very pleasant. I highly recommend !

Best place to come in for dental work and cleaning. The staff are always very welcoming and so nice! Dr.Jones is a such a great doctor and person, appreciate our conversations. Assistant Jenny made sure to remove all my stains as I drink a lot of coffee. thank you!!
