Geeeez…. It was VASECTOMY day…. Not my favorite way to spend a day… but had to, the alternative would be worse. Love my kids, but only have so much love to give. Went in expecting the worst but had a GREAT experience. The facility was clean and the staff were sympathetic to my mission that day. Doc Ghaff took that gaff to my testicles with the utmost precision. Clipped, tied, burned and done! He made it a tolerable experience. Recovery was smooth with no issues. That’s the kinda skilled urologist you want at your bedside. 5 star.

Extremely poor office staff. Let me sit and wait to see the physician for my initial visit without one word to me about being out of network with my health insurance. Even scheduled a follow up visit 4 weeks later as doctor had stated. After my telehealth follow up 4 weeks later I called to let them know that I had new health insurance. That is when I was told that I owed $540 for initial visit. I told the lady that I was NOT informed that I was out of network and if I had been I certainly would of had to leave without seeing this doctor as I am on a limited income and was unable to afford self pay. I was told that the woman in the office who is responsible for this would return my call. She did not return my call - tacky as hell. Days later I received the bill. This is just not right to

Was referred to this doctor. Never received a call back. Worked with my PCP and got an out of network exception. Offered to pay cash in advance and never received a call back. Worst healthcare practices I have ever experienced. Their office practice is obviously focused on finance and not healthcare. Shame on you.

I have had no problems with any staff or Dr Ghaffrey . I find him very pleasant and caring., and he is easy to talk to. I love I can elect to do a phone visit as well as it’s easier for me than coming in.
