On both recent visits experienced gross medical negligence. Had to explain how to activate a cardizem infusion to the RN in the ED, how to take a proper blood pressure. Second was an experience with caseworker and Dr.Roy sending a 92 year old with an acute mental status change home, putting her at risk for injury to self or others, as if she was completely of sound mind and body to self care at 92– just because they know their name bd and where they live does not mean being delusional and violent is ok, especially when their normal is soo far from this behavior.Met with nothing but rudeness and they kicked her back home despite not having proper conditions. Skip this hospital or WVU med all together

I was seen in the er and they did not verify medication list. I realized it when I got home and looked at my discharge paperwork. The medications listed were from like 2015 and I don't take any of them anymore. The 2 medications that I mentioned in triage (on my own) were not added to the list. One of the medications was part of my chief complaint and that was never addressed. Then, a baby nurse put a dirty laundry glove finger on the opening of IV and hooked it back up. I have contacted patent advocate and I am awaiting a confirmation letter of my report.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Their PICU is a sad joke, they think they are making it better when it’s just useless, only time I’ve ever had to go through it and I will not be back! Literally got made to walk all the way back there (was here for back pain) sat in a chair behind a curtain, waiting for 15mins for a PA to come see me do a 60sec exam, then left there, just to listen to 2 nurses complaining to each other about another employee not marking a patient ready for over 3hrs and the patient waiting forever to get seen?! I didn’t think it was very professional or productive as well as not a very good look for this “new amazing service “ they were offering now! Not very happy with Camden Clark, they sent our son home Friday after being there for 11 days. Said all of his infections were cleared up. Sent him home and he couldn't speak, wouldn't eat or drink. We took him to MMH ER tonight. He still has pneumonia, UTI and is septic. We are having him transferred to Riverside tonight if they have a bed. He's in serious condition and may not make it. Now why would a doctor send a person home like that?

Told my nursing staff ICU (Jennifer) that I her daughter did not matter to get information on my mother. I called in exactly once asking in a week. I waited 5 hours and called back to be told I didn’t matter. The nurse spoke to granddaughters so I don’t matter. I live 8 hours away. Really. This disrespect is amazing!
