Told me my mother's prescription was sent to General pharmacy. General pharmacy told me the doctor needs to call it in to them since it was called in to Memorial and said they'd call when it was ready. Two days pass and no call. I call and am told it's ready at General. Once I arrive, General then tells me it's actually at Memorial. I now go to Memorial who are closed despite being told by General they would be open. This rating should be shared by both General and Memorial since CAMC as a whole is incompetent. If I could rate lower, I would.
