We provided medical transportation services to this facility today. The client has a small issue that needed attention and the medical staff handles it with dignity and care. Hailey at the front desk provided excellent customer service, and Crystal is always a joy to speak with. Facility was clean and the staff were delightful. Service there was pretty good and I am gkad that I am starting to get feeling better still having problems with the left leg and foot. Other then that, I am doing pretty good now and n I t walking as fast as I like to walk.
The young ladies that run the activity room here are really lovely. I’ve spent quite a bit of time there with my Mother and they really care about the patients. Jessica has put together a container gardening program in a protected courtyard and I have seen so many residents outside enjoying the plants and getting fresh air. It is really wonderful to see. I really appreciate their cheerfulness and effort.
My husband was at Camarillo Healthcare for about 6 weeks after reconstructive surgery. The care he received was EXCELLENT! From the nurses to the PT/OT team, he made great progress so he could come home. This was his 2nd stay after surgery. The facility is clean, the staff is friendly and efficient and the food was pretty good! We've recommended Camarillo Healthcare to our friends. No one wants to stay in a rehab facility but this is a great place to get the care needed to go home! Thank you to everyone for taking such good care of my Pirate!
Our experience with this facility has been beyond any of our expectations. From the management to the entire staff, all have been so helpful and caring for our parents who are both here at the same time. We truly feel the love and support by the nursing and therapy teams that are shown to our parents. We totally recommend Camarillo Healthcare Center to all who are in need of rehabilitation for their loved ones.
