Calmont Pharmacy

Stopped by this pharmacy a few days ago to pick up a prescription and it went pretty smooth overall. The staff were polite and helped me find a few over-the-counter items too. The line moved a bit slow but nothing bad, just the usual. Place looked clean and organized, and the pharmacist took a minute to explain the dosage clearly. Would come back again if needed.

It supposed to be open from 9am-5pm. I arrived at 4:45pm and the pharmacy was closed i called 4:30pm to see if my order was ready I was told yes and I will be arriving shortly. Since this a medical pharmacy operation time should be held accountable it’s not right to closed 15mins ahead of time especially if a customer called confirming their arrival. I understand if I was late but I was not I was in my right and it’s extremely unprofessional for medical pharmacy to close early. They cutting off the help their customers are in need. Extremely unprofessional have me rethinking about taking my business elsewhere. They don’t care about the health of customers

I love this place. They get your prescriptions ready so fast. I recommended this place to all my family.

They have no respect for patient rights, and offer the worst delivery service I have ever dealt with. The staff is rude and incompetent. I dislocated my shoulder and was prescribed some pain medication for about three weeks. The pharmacy has a refill delivery service that is independently operated. They were supposed to deliver my meds two days ago, every time I call they act like this is the first time I have told them about my problem. When I called the pharmacy this morning (after leaving a voicemail and not being called back) they told me they didn't even care and that I could take my prescription somewhere else or come and pick it up myself because it didn't matter to them. This place gives good service if u do walk ins, but when you're trying to call them with questions about your prescription they DO NOT EVER PICK UP THEIR PHONE! It's very irritating and unprofessional when they have a phone and act like they're too busy to pick up! No voice mail was available either! They let their phone ring and ring and will not pick up! Why have a phone and not pick up! So damn irritating!
