Callao Family Dentustry is a great office. Dr. Y is amazing. He puts you at ease and is very gentle. Angie at the front desk is so sweet and helpful. And they take insurance. Just the fact that they take insurance is awesome. I don't know of anyone around here takes insurance. I'm so happy they are here in Callao. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

I highly recommend Callao Family Dentistry for anyone looking for exceptional dental care. The office is clean and has a friendly and courteous staff. Dr Y is great and goes the extra mile to put you at ease and quickly address any problem you have. The hygienist is thorough and makes sure her patients receive the highest level of care. The front desk staff is very helpful with insurance. Truly a 5-star experience!

I’m not a fan of going to the dentist, so I heard of Dr Y and his staff so I gave them a try! Rebecca was super nice and gentle yet I felt like I got a great cleaning. Dr Y did a couple fillings and my wisdom teeth extracted. I didn’t even feel it! I am very happy with the service and definitely found a dentist I’m happy with! Everyone is super nice and welcoming. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an awesome experience with Dr. Yazdani at Callo Family Dentistry. He’s very kind, patient, and really takes his time to explain everything so you feel comfortable and informed. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients, not just getting you in and out. The whole team there is friendly and professional, and the office has a great atmosphere. I’d definitely recommend Dr. Yazdani to anyone looking for a trustworthy and personable dentist in Virginia!

This place used to be good. Once ownership changed though it has gone downhill quick. They failed to have insurance (Tricare Reserve) moved over for myself and family then failed to notify me about it before having my son seen. This resulted in a bill being assessed against me for $197. When I contacted them they agreed for me to only pay what the insurance would have paid to be reimbursed. Unfortunately, when they called for payment they "forgot" about this and claimed there were no "notes" about that and told me it wasn't their fault and that I had to pay the $197. On top of that the lady that called me had a very bad attitude when I told her about the prior arrangement made. She also had the nerve to ask if I wanted to make another appointment.
