California WIC Office

My caseworkers attitude changed after I had to switch my baby to hypoallergenic formula and she continuously mom shamed me. Really sad that some women rely on their help and the caseworkers think it’s okay to treat them this way.

The ladies at the front desk and always so helpful and very polite which makes it a pleasant environment. Fortunately and Unfortunately, I have had some poor experiences with some of the ladies (case workers). I've had one positive experience and the rest somewhat negative. The last time I went the lady insulted by husband's profession and thought it was abnormal he was in his later 20s and attending University. My husband stop going because he never liked any of the ladies attitudes towards him. It's so bizarre and I don't know why.

This is not the best WIC office to apply at. I just came here with my wife as we were expecting to get immediate help with baby formula, and we ended up leaving here with nothing at all and were told to come back after we could verify our address. We never had that happen before at any other WIC location. First time we've ever been turned down from a WIC office. We really needed the help at this time and didn't get it - much to our disappointment. We felt like we were being treated like we were suspects or something. I don't recommend coming here. Probably better to try the WIC office in Santa Ana. They should find better employees to run the front desk here.

Worst wic office ever why the hell do I have an appointment if I still have to wait 2 hours. "short staff" yeah there short staff every freaking time I go the girl in the front can do something it isn't hard to ask the questions and then print my check. Never coming back and it's 3 mins from my house. Sad

Im giving them 1 star cuz i couldnt go lower but seriously this girls have a really bad attitude everytime i come i try not to ast anything cuz they dont have maners at all to answer a simply question....
