California Urgent Care Center Stockton

Absolutely awful. Everything is done digitally and if you want to talk to a real person they treat you like an inconvenience, give attitude, then shut their window to talk bad about customers. Them after a three hour wait you'll see a doctor (I believe her name was Simon Griffin but I'm not sure because she didn't introduce herself) who cuts you off, doesn't listen, belittles you then runs off within three minutes and says all the details were on the paper. The only kindness in this whole place came from one single male nurse who took my COVID test. Absolutely awful. Update: after all that they referred me to an imaging place that doesn't even take my insurance and didn't tell me anything. I feel worse than ever and I've never been so angry.

Just left here less than 30 minutes ago & this is the absolute worst place you can go to. God forbid you have to see Dr Simone. My coworkers & I brought a client here & the dr barely made contact & acted disgusted to even come in the room let alone advise us appropriately on the next plan of care steps. Upon entering the room we asked can she close the door for privacy & bc the client would’ve eloped & she ignored us & said “so why are you here” 3xs. The door REMAINED open regardless which again, voided the privacy of our client. She refused to fill out a physicians form/documentation that we requested/need and even stated that we were neglecting our client for what we brought the client in for & that was what she was documenting in her summary. Went sunday feb 8 and the doctor (african american woman with curly wavy hair) was so dismissive and rude like she didn’t want to treat my son(3Y.o.). my son can get a bit scared at the doctors and she acted like she didn’t have any patience for him she ran off after checking him for two seconds just disgusting behavior especially from someone who came to look for help we definitely felt like she was rushing us out we felt very unseen. I asked a question and she got very defensive and told us to go to the emergency room like WHAT i will be calling corporate on her and i will update my review after i call them tomorrow and find out her name, the staff was great the doctor however was terrible. Don’t work as a doctor if you have no patience for your PATIENTS who are sitting there for a while

On January 25, 2026 I went to California urgent clinic on Lorraine Avenue in Stockton, California. I’ve been having Flu/upper respiratory problems. I was seen by Simone Griffin PA. She diagnosed me with allergies. I did not agree with her. I told her I had taken allergy medicine at the start of my itchy throat and my sickness had only gotten worse, then she said that I was being difficult, Because I didn’t agree with her diagnosis. She ordered an allergy shot which I did She prescribed me medication I left. I went to go pick up my medication she canceled it. I called the office to find out why my medication have been canceled and had told the Receptionist that I threatened her. Which was not the truth. Miss Simone Griffin is a court mandated reporter that is supposed to report the truth,

I'm giving them a four star. The staff and Mr. Zion are amazing. The providers Simone not at all. She gets a two star and that's me being nice. I stated I had a very bad migraine. She wanted me to head to the Emergency room and not put her license on the line. I'm like what. I have a bad migraine. I usually go to Manteca or the Modesto California Urgent care. Highly recommend those two. I'm not sure if I'll ever come back to this one. I would never but anyone's license on the line. I know when and when not to go to the Emergency Room.
