California Oral Surgery & Implantology

I received a confirmation phone call today for an appointment I had scheduled for tomorrow. I did not appreciate the attitude and tone of the receptionist over the phone. I canceled and decided to go else where. Based on previous reviews it looks like others have had the same experience. Making patients feel uncomfortable prior to their appointment is not okay.

First procedure/ Wisdom tooth and honestly it was the best I have a phobia of needles dentist was very gentle barley felt it the whole staff was welcoming and took care of me in and out of surgery. Thank you to Dr. Nguyen went to sleep painless I had no idea I was even out I didn’t feel anything at all while getting medicine and I woke up with just a little pain it’s day two and still just a little ache here n there not too much. W dentist did his job well it was painless. 10/10 recommend this place.

Terrible customer service I was trying to get some information confirmed when the admin sarcastically mimic the answer, I spoke with her boss who said was next to her and said she did nothing wrong, I have told her specifically what was said sarcastically and the boss just brushed it off. I have asked for number or HR number and they did not provide. I hope the phone call is recorded and acknowledged what was said to be corrected. Please train your staff, to be more professional, considerate and use proper tone when speaking with a PATIENT.

My fiancée was referred here, as a first impression the office is clean and well kept. The staff was polite and caring. My fiancées dental assistant provided useful info and was thorough, she gave us options on how to move on with the oral surgery.

Everyone was so calm and respectful and I appreciate it all they took there time to understand and listened to all the questions and js overall was great experience and I’m very grateful for it all
