Our family has been working with and counting on California Medical Pharmacy for close to a decade now and they are so awesome, responsive, efficient, kind and helpful. The whole team is amazing, with a big shout out to Amanda and David and Michael for all the most recent help you gave our family this past weekend.

If I could give them a negative star I would. My husband has his colostomy bags delivered by them and he has signed an agreement to have them automatically shipped to us and they are NEVER auto-ship them EVER! They never ever answer the phone there and when they do they transfer your call a million times or they just leave youon hold for ever. They also do not call you to tell you that they are coming. A few times he has received the supplies and they gave him 2 out of 3 boxes and getting the missing items is damn near impossible . we have to go and pick them up. Which is the entire point of the reason why we use this place!

I have been getting my medical supplies from them for my son for about almost 7yrs the staff is supper helpful and understanding with my son's needs major, plus they also started dispensing my son's medicine so I get everything at once and they call 1 to 2 weeks before to see what I need

Am out of town and called several yimes leaving messages to get refills for my comatose daughter. A**holes don't have the decency to call back after 3 days!!! You will NEVER get another order from me again!!! -5 stars if possible!!! 💩💩💩👋👋👋
