If I could give 0 stars I would!! I came with my mom who spoke Spanish to her appointment. We got checked in just fine but that’s the least of it. Her appointment was at 9 and we got there 15 minutes early and waited 4 hours!!!! 4 hours and all she got was a monitor and was told to wait even longer. And asking the lady at the counter was no help. She was very rude and acts like she doesn’t know Spanish but she does but chooses not to help those who speak Spanish and answers them very dry and rude. They’re very disorganized, late, and disappointing. Maria was the only nice one who bothered to explain anything. As per all the other reviews get ready to spend 3-4 hours just waiting. Smh smh (ง'̀-'́)ง

Agree with a previous comment...no stars...wait is over 2hrs...lobby is jam packed always..staff are inadequate and unorganized..they cant keep appointments straight..do not come here..sadly they care more about the medical payout than the patients. Definitely dont recommend.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this heart clinic. The front office staff was unprofessional, rude, and completely lacking in customer service. The entire team seemed disorganized and indifferent, making the visit stressful and unpleasant. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone seeking quality care or a welcoming environment.

This place closes at 5pm but called at 4pm to see what my co pay would be for an upcoming appointment. No one answered the phone at all. Even when I tried to call different departments no one answered.

Don't trust Google it says it's not busy but then you get there and it is super crazy. I don't understand why they make so many appointments together. I find afternoons less wait time. Well as for the people who work there it's complicated. The ultrasound girls were very nice but some of the people in the main office and nurse were not so pleased to meet, You don't know how many times I felt rushed after waiting a long time. One time I called to reschedule an appointment to the latest time they can give in the afternoon and the lady on the phone was saying I can't do that because they cut back my hours... ECT and so on ( it was unprofessional) I don't know the working problems there but I hope they fix it. I have to say on top of that, some of the people waiting to be seen can make the gir
