After finally getting an appointment for a biopsy, it took a while, I attended my appointment at the new office in Palm Desert today. Marissa the PA and her assistant were delightful and carried out the biopsy efficiently in a positive manner. The gentleman in the pharmacy was great suggesting a different brand of cream which saved me $50...thank you. My negative one star was for two issues. The team at reception need to be more welcoming and positive. I did not get a response to my 'checking in' just silence, didn't look up, and eventually said 'sign in'...no please or thank you. Not a good start. They are the welcoming committee to the ongoing experience within the practice. Marissa, her assistant and the pharmacist gave a 5 star service..thank you! Worst follow up. Waiting over a month for referral. I have made at least 4 calls, our primary even called. They say pending and DOHC says not submitted. They were more interested in pushing prescription from their in house pharmacy. When they told me one prescription would be $237. I said give me the scrip and I will go to my pharmacy, suddenly it was only $37.

It was my first visit check in was easy was taken to my room fairly quickly Marissa came in shortly after that she was very informative and thorough and pleasant I was very pleased with the whole procedure and explanation of what I was there for

Everyone that worked there was so kind and helpful. It was a wonderful experience.

I found that my appointment with Malissa King was very professional, she was very kind and treated me with care. I will not hesitate going back to her if I need to. The receptionist was delightful, helping me with the check-in. My over all experience was a A+.
