A manager got back to me and made the situation so much worse she was extremely rude and unprofessional, and didn’t even speak proper English. She then went ahead and canceled the third appointment without telling me and removed me as a patient completely without any notification. Made an appointment three months ago. Got three text messages confirming my appointment making sure that I’ll be there.. when I show up they said that the doctors are not in today. They said they called me twice to cancel, but they’re lying. Nobody called.

Front staff is super friendly. No problems making an appointment. Only one visit. The PA seemed uncomfortable and was unfriendly and no body/skin examination. They are straight business. I tried lighten the mood. Just awkward. With several offices listed on their card, this is indeed a business. There is no free parking. There's more but we'll just keep it at two stars.

No Doctor on premises!!!!!!!!!!! The PA ( Amanda Ng) attend the appointment and told me how much I need to pay, when I asked an explanation of benefits she did not know what that is and told " it's you insurance honey". She told me.front desk can explain but i need to make another appointment to get treatment. I talked to front desk they explained. When I asked if she is dr, they told me no, the dr only sees the patients with cancer!!! I tought I made an dr appointment not a PA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Rooms are dirty. The staff do not remove waste after patients leave and new patients are faced with unswept floors, old stained paper on examination tables as well as soiled cotton and gauze. The trash cans do not have lids so you can enjoy the view of disgusting medical waste. To add insult to injury, they don't validate and parking is $9 for one hour!Unacceptable.

Love how fast this place works. They moved locations so this is the new place, second time with office but first time at location. So far it’s straight to the point, always listen to my concerns/questions, take photos of my treatment areas & always see me within 5 minutes of getting there. In & out in a short time as it should be. My stressed skin has also improved.
